Knowing that I have the smartest blog-readers and blogmigos on the face of the planet, I thought I would float this question in the blogosphere before I do anything drastic.
For the last few weeks I've been having an issue with my iPod wherein my computer doesn't recognize it... If you've ever encountered this problem with your iPod, and know a good fix that doesn't involve doing a system restore (I've done that many times) or re-formatting my iPod (and thus losing everything) please email me at kempsblog at gmail dot com
If you don't have a quick fix and hear a loud, agonizing scream this Thursday coming from the Chicago area, have no fear; it will be me re-formatting my iPod and losing my 9,000 + songs, videos, movies, etc...
Thank you...

Wanted: Assistance
I am considering, on advice of my consultant Lance, a move over to wordpress.com because, as I have mentioned many, many, many many times; blogger bites it.
What I am looking for is someone who has done this before (moving from blogger to wordpress) because I have questions and you, hopefully, have answers. Such as, is it possible to move all my posts from here to there? And if so, how.
Yes, I COULD look at wordpress' help section, but why do that when I have the smartest blogmigos and readers around?
TIA...

Can someone please explain this ComcastNews headline to me:
Sean Lennon Unfazed by Public Attention
I know he's the son of John but... what public attention are they referring to exactly???

Kemps Blog: The Musical?
The Peanut Butter and the Jelly are musical people with music in their heart. They both love to sing and they both love to dance.
They love watching anything on TV with music… one of their new favorite movies is “Mary Poppins”… if it has music, they like it.
Henceforth lies the problem…
How many of you saw the musical episode of “Scrubs” a few weeks back with the stirring musical numbers “Everything Comes Down to Poo”, “Guy Love” and “Dominican Tango”?
Not a bad episode, and the musical numbers were catchy…
The problem is that is has become The PB & The J’s favorite show.
More so than Mickey’s Clubhouse or Handy Manny… they now want to watch the “singing doctor show.”
Every. Single. Minute.
Why is this a problem? Because now I have all of those songs stuck in my head.
From the top of your head, to the sole of your shoeWe can figure out what's wrong with yo—
Stop it...
Every. Single. One.
Sometimes you're better off not knowingI said stop it...
But this isn't one of those times
Your world's become a musical
And your doctors speak in—
I can’t shake them. No matter how much I listen to my iPod, no matter what I listen to on my iPod… I can’t shake them…
Let's face the facts about me and you
A love unspecified
Though I'm proud to call you Chocolate Bear
The crowd will always talk and stare
I really need to stop that, don’t I?
I’ve even tried replacing it with a colossally-annoying song-worm like The Wiggles or Dan Zane… but to no avail.
The thing is guys remember facts
Like what Derek Jeter hit last year, which was 3-oh-3!
And that is why our brains are maxed
And there's no room for things like birthdays or ethnicities
Son of a bit—
Help me. Please help me.
